Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and enhance microservices-based solutions, ensuring high availability, resiliency, and maintainability.
• Develop event-driven applications utilizing Kafka and other messaging technologies.
• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and external systems.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications running on Kubernetes (K8s) environments.
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and code review processes.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives.
• Analyze and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring optimal system efficiency and scalability.
• Drive engineering best practices around code quality, testing, CI/CD, observability, and operational excellence.
• Mentor and support team members while fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Java backend development and Spring Boot.
• Proven experience in designing and developing microservices-based architectures.
• Expertise in building and maintaining scalable, cloud-native applications.
• Experience with Kafka or similar messaging/event-streaming platforms.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and containerized application deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
