Technical Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with strong hands-on software development experience and proven technical leadership skills. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Node.js, Next.js, React.js, and PostgreSQL , along with a good understanding of HLD and LLD .

The candidate will be responsible for leading technical development, designing scalable solutions, reviewing code, mentoring developers, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical development and implementation of software applications.

• Design and develop scalable and maintainable applications using Node.js, React.js, and Next.js .

• Work extensively with PostgreSQL for database design, development, and optimization

• Prepare and review High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.

• Define technical architecture and make appropriate technology decisions.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.

• Mentor and guide developers and support the team in resolving technical challenges.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.

• Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution design.

• Take ownership of technical deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6-8 years of overall software development experience.

• 6-8 years of relevant experience in software development.

• Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Tech Lead or in a similar technical leadership role.

• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js .

• Strong experience with React.js and Next.js .

• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL .

• Good understanding of HLD and LLD .

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Experience in leading or mentoring development teams.

• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Experience with Python (Nice to have).

• Experience working with AWS cloud services (Nice to have).

• Immediate joiner preferred/required.
