Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead / Delivery Manager to lead the delivery and technical evolution of critical real-time payment and digital banking solutions .

This role is ideal for a technical leader who can combine hands-on engineering expertise, solution architecture, delivery management, and stakeholder leadership to ensure scalable, reliable, secure, and high-quality payment platforms.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Serve as a core technical contributor, delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions

• Provide technical expertise in design patterns, application architecture, cloud infrastructure, and engineering practices

• Lead technical discussions and work across multiple teams to solve complex technology and platform-related challenges

• Drive engineering quality, application reliability, observability, and continuous improvement

• Review infrastructure, security, solution architecture, and implementation designs

• Review and track functional and non-functional requirements, test plans, test scripts, and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)

• Review deployment guidelines and oversee deployment activities for critical initiatives

• Coordinate closely with IT, servicing, application, and platform teams throughout delivery

• Facilitate resolution of technical issues with vendors and internal application/platform owners, including SIT and UAT defect resolution

• Lead and coordinate resolution of critical payment incidents and drive long-term corrective actions

• Manage project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery

• Mentor engineers and strengthen the technical capabilities and delivery standards of the team

💻 What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in building and delivering technology solutions

• Strong experience in real-time payments and digital banking

• Experience with InstaPay and BancNet integration

• Strong understanding of payment processing workflows and financial messaging standards , including ISO 20022

• Solid background in application architecture, solution design, and implementation principles

• Experience with API and middleware integration

• Knowledge of distributed systems and event-driven architectures

• Strong understanding of performance optimization, database interactions, fault tolerance, monitoring, security, and system operability

• Experience in incident, problem, and change management

• Exposure to cloud technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, RDS PostgreSQL, S3, and EFS is an advantage

• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills

• Experience managing technical risks, dependencies, and delivery of critical initiatives
