Technical Lead Process Automation ( Life Sciences)

Role- Technical Lead Integration & Process Automation

Location- Pune (Kalyani Nagar)

Experience- 11+ years

Domain- Pharmaceutical distribution, Quality & Regulatory (GxP environment)

Engagement context

The client operates a manual temperature excursion investigation process across pharmaceutical, medical, and specialty distribution. Quality analysts collect data from approximately fifteen internal and external systems and manually complete a controlled disposition form and multiple tracking repositories. The objective is a single interface that auto-ingests source data and pre-populates the excursion form, reducing investigation cycle time and error rates.

Key responsibilities Discovery phase

• Assess all in-scope source systems and classify each by integration approach API, semi-automated extraction, or manual-only.
• Define the target solution architecture, including data flows, integration patterns, and the pre-fill engine for the controlled disposition form.
• Evaluate build-versus-configure options across the client's existing technology estate.
• Assess computer system validation impact and design to regulated-environment constraints.
• Produce effort estimates, technical risk register, and phased delivery roadmap.
• .Partner with the Technical Business Analyst to translate as-is process variance into a unified to-be design.

Key Responsibilities Build Phase

1. Own end-to-end technical delivery and architectural integrity of the solution.

2. Lead the development team, set coding standards, and conduct design and code reviews.

3. Deliver integrations across ERP, document management, SharePoint, and external carrier and weather data sources.

4. Ensure the solution meets audit, traceability, and data-integrity requirements applicable to regulated processes.

5. Serve as the primary technical point of contact for client architecture and IT security reviews.
