Technical Lead

As the Technical Lead you will be responsible to oversee our technical team, manage projects, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent leadership capabilities, and effective collaboration with various teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Lead and mentor a team of software developers and engineers, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of software applications.

· Manage multiple projects/enhancements simultaneously, ensuring on-time completion as agreed with business stakeholders.

· Provide technical guidance and support to the team.

· Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in software development.

· Review and approve code to maintain high-quality and maintainable solutions.

· Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance team productivity and efficiency.

· Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

· Oversee daily operations, monitor team performance, and ensure productivity targets are achieved while maintaining high-quality service standards and client expectations.

· Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands and team capacity.

· Identify and address skill gaps within the team, providing training and development opportunities as needed.

· Manage team workload and ensure a balanced distribution of tasks.

AI & Automation Skills

• Practical experience using AI-powered tools and platforms to support technical troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, code debugging, and issue resolution
• Ability to use Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar tools) to assist with technical analysis, scripting, documentation, and development tasks
• Familiarity with applying AI to log analysis, error investigation, data validation, and identifying potential system or integration issues
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve support ticket analysis, knowledge-base documentation, troubleshooting workflows, and technical reporting
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, AI APIs, LLMs, and prompt engineering is preferred
• Experience integrating or working with AI APIs or AI-powered applications is an advantage
• Strong awareness of data privacy, security, and accuracy considerations when using AI tools, particularly when handling client and employee data

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Team Lead role in one company
• Proven experience as a technical team leader or similar leadership role.
• Strong technical background with expertise in relevant programming languages and technologies.
• Excellent project management skills, with experience in Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in Cloud infrastructure, code review, quality assurance, and testing processes.

Pay: Php90,000.00 - Php130,000.00 per month
