Responsibilities:

• Lead and provide technical direction to software development teams.
• Design and review scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
• Make technical decisions regarding architecture, frameworks, tools, and development practices.
• Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Mentor, coach, and support developers in improving their technical skills.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, architects, and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues and development challenges.
• Monitor development progress and ensure technical deliverables meet project requirements.
• Support system integration, testing, deployment, and production troubleshooting.
• Promote Agile development practices and continuous technical improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Senior Developer, or similar technical leadership role.
• Strong programming and software architecture experience.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, databases, DevOps, and modern development practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
