Role Overview

• The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the design and development of customized IT applications.
• The role includes providing technical direction to the development team, ensuring adherence to design standards, and supporting the Project Manager and Solution Architect in successful project execution.
• The Technical Lead will play a hands-on role while guiding the team through the development lifecycle.

Educational Qualification

• B.E / B.Tech / MCA from a recognized university or institution.

General Experience

• Minimum 5- 8+ years of relevant experience in design and development of customized IT applications.
• Proven experience in leading software development teams.
• Hands-on experience across the software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment.

Core Technical Skills

• Strong experience in application architecture and detailed technical design.
• Experience in developing enterprise-grade, customized IT applications.
• Ability to guide teams on coding standards, best practices, and technical troubleshooting.
• Experience in coordinating with architects and project managers to align technical implementation with solution design.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and development of customized IT applications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to development team members.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, design guidelines, and best practices.
• Review technical designs, code, and implementation deliverables.
• Coordinate with Solution Architect to ensure alignment with overall system architecture.
• Support the Project Manager in planning, estimation, and technical risk management.
• Resolve technical issues and ensure timely delivery of development milestones.

Certifications

• Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) or equivalent.

Additional Experience & Skills

• Experience working on large-scale or mission-critical IT systems.
• Exposure to government or public sector IT projects.
• Experience with multi-tier application architectures and system integrations.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.
• Experience in performance optimization, security best practices, and application scalability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
