Technical Lead

Work Experience

• Experience as a full-time Delivery or Project Manager (5 years min), preferably gained from a bank or financial institution
• Experience in handling complex projects on financial applications is highly

preferred

• Experience in PMI/PRINCE2 PM framework and/or Agile, Scrum, or Kanban

methodology is a plus

• Project Management certification is a plus
• Possesses excellent management and written/verbal communication skills
• Knowledgeable in Work Breakdown Structure, Risk Management, Issue

Management, and Dependency Management

• Knowledgeable on technical side of IT (systems, configuration, deployment,

SDLC lifecycle)

• working experience preferably on core platforms like CASA, Debit Cards,
• Credit Cards or Switch, including payment network and card brands.

• Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, emerging technologies, service delivery landscape and effectively communicate with technical teams.

Pay: Php140,000.00 - Php150,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
