Title: Frontend Technical Lead (React)

📍 Location: Andover, MA (Hybrid - 2 to 3 days onsite per week)

⏳ Duration: 12+ Months Contract-to-Hire

💰 Rate: $70 to $75/h on W2

• We are seeking a Frontend Technical Lead (React) to lead the architecture, development, and delivery of a large-scale enterprise portal supporting thousands of users across multiple countries. This is not simply a React Developer role. We are looking for a technical leader who understands the complete business and technical landscape of the application and can serve as the primary liaison between architects, engineering leadership, and development teams.
• The ideal candidate will possess a blend of hands-on React development expertise, architectural thinking, business process understanding, and the ability to guide technical decisions across the entire project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead frontend architecture and development using ReactJS, TypeScript, and modern web technologies.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Architects, Engineering Managers, Product Owners, UX teams, and developers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for development teams, answering questions related to code, application flow, architecture, and implementation.
• Define engineering standards, reusable components, coding best practices, and technical guardrails.
• Drive frontend performance, accessibility, security, scalability, and application reliability.
• Review technical designs, flowcharts, integration patterns, and cloud-based solutions.
• Mentor and support developers through technical coaching, code reviews, and architecture discussions.
• Partner with global teams to deliver enterprise-grade digital solutions.

Required Qualifications

✅ 8+ years of software development experience, including experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Engineer

✅ Expert-level experience with:

• ReactJS
• TypeScript
• JavaScript
• HTML5
• CSS3
• State Management Solutions

✅ Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale web applications.

✅ Strong understanding of:

• System Architecture

Work Arrangement

📍 Must be local to the Andover, MA area or nearby cities.

📅 Onsite Wednesdays plus one additional flexible day each week
