Technical Lead

The Technical Lead (OIC) is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and solutions for client organizations. This full-time role is on-site in Metro Manila and involves leading technical teams, reviewing architectures, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards. The Technical Lead will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into technical plans, and guide engineers in execution and troubleshooting. Daily tasks include conducting code and configuration reviews, resolving complex technical issues, optimizing system performance, and documenting best practices. The role also includes mentoring team members, coordinating with other departments, and supporting continuous improvement of processes, tools, and client service.

Qualifications

• Candidate should possess strong leadership and team coordination skills, including experience guiding technical teams and mentoring less experienced staff.
• Candidate should possess solid expertise in IT infrastructure, systems administration, networks, and security best practices.
• Candidate should possess proficiency in solution design and architecture, including the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical implementations.
• Candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues under time constraints.
• Candidate should possess effective communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling clear collaboration with clients, management, and cross-functional teams.
• Relevant experience in leading technical projects and delivering IT services or solutions in a business environment is highly beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Familiarity with industry standards, documentation practices, and continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
