Technical Lead (CTL)

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Technical Lead (CTL) to drive innovative software solutions and lead complex system architecture initiatives. Position Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical authority for the contract team and provide oversight of all technical support tasks outlined in the PWS.
• Act as the principal technical liaison to Government stakeholders across functional areas including Physical Security, Program Protection, SAPs, Antiterrorism/Force Protection, Emergency Management, Mission Assurance, Test Security, and related mission areas.
• Proactively engage with stakeholders to understand requirements, de-conflict priorities, and ensure seamless contract support.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and direction to contractor personnel.
• Ensure all work products, deliverables, and services meet Government standards for quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Maintain a strong understanding of all PWS requirements and manage technical execution to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across contract operations.
• Serve as the first point of escalation for technical challenges faced by on-site contract teams.
• Ensure tasks are performed in accordance with applicable DoD, MDA, host installation directives, regulations, and instructions.

Required Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• 12+ years of experience managing relevant, complex, large-scale technical programs or projects.
• Experience supporting one or more of the following areas: Physical Security, Program Protection, SAP support, AT/FP, Emergency Management, Mission Assurance, Test Security, or related DoD security mission areas.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Security, Business Administration, Emergency Management, Program Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong technical leadership, stakeholder engagement, and contract execution experience.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and support cross-functional Government requirements.
• Experience ensuring compliance with DoD, MDA, or installation-level security directives and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting MDA or Redstone Arsenal mission environments.
• Experience leading contractor teams in a key personnel or senior technical role.
• Strong background in PWS execution, deliverable management, and Government client coordination.
