Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead .NET Core to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, technically strong in .NET Core, and capable of guiding a team while working closely with architects, product owners, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development using .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance application architectures
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards
• Collaborate with product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Drive API design and integration using RESTful Web APIs
• Oversee database design and performance optimization
• Handle technical decision-making, estimations, and delivery commitments
• Identify and resolve performance, security, and scalability issues
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core
• Exp in team management
• Solid experience with Web API / REST services
• Good knowledge of Entity Framework Core
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server (queries, indexing, performance tuning)
• Experience with Microservices architecture (preferred)
• Understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns
• Experience with authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth)
• Familiarity with Git / Azure DevOps / CI-CD
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
