Technical Lead - EDI

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

8-12 years of experience as a Lead in handling integration projects comprising of EDI data

Self-starter, with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and articulation skills

Excellent client communication skills, Ability to understand customer problem, technical challenges, design challenges, identify risks and provide mitigation solutions

Proven onsite and offshore coordination skills

Proven experience leading and managing a team of developers

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage teams Ability to adapt to new technologies/tools

Must be adept in understanding complex functional and technical requirements

Technical Skills :

Strong experience of more than 5 years working in EDI/B2B based tool.

Expertise in designing ,developing and trouble shooting business processes and maps in any EDI/B2B tool.

Experience of developing common processes as part of framework for a EDI development project.

Experience of working on new trading partner onboardings.

Experience of working with trading partners/business teams for requirements gathering, mapping guides, troubleshooting issues etc.

Experience of working on designing common schemas/canonicals for different end systems.

Experience of working on a diverse set of EDI transactions with strong functional knowledge.

Expertise of working on diverse set of protocols for trading partner setups.

Ability to test the EDI processes/maps developed end to end.

Work on performance enhancement of the EDI flows.

Experience of working in L3/L4 level production support fixes.

Problem solving/root cause analysis/analytical skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead the development and maintenance of EDI/integration projects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration/EDI requirements and provide technical solutions.

Ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable integration solutions.

Ability to take end-to-end ownership of deliverables.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.

Mentor and guide junior integration developers.

Manage client from offshore, co-ordinate with onsite and offshore teams.
