Responsibilities

• Architect and oversee the development of high-availability distributed systems utilizing advanced caching and messaging technologies.
• Lead the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring adherence to Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and security across the codebase.
• Design and implement scalable backend services using Java-based frameworks, ensuring optimal performance and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and translate business needs into actionable engineering tasks.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines within AWS environments to support continuous integration and delivery.
• Utilize project management and documentation tools to track progress, manage backlogs, and facilitate team communication.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurrence.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Experience: 8 to 12 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a proven track record in leading technical initiatives.
• Core Programming: Deep expertise in Java, Groovy, and Spring Boot/Spring frameworks.
• Database & Caching: Strong proficiency in relational databases (Oracle, MySQL) and in-memory data grids (Hazelcast, Redis).
• Messaging & Streaming: Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.
• Full Stack Capabilities: Comprehensive knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (Angular) and backend technologies (Grails, Hibernate).
• Cloud & DevOps: Practical experience with AWS cloud services and web server configuration (Nginx).
• Methodologies: Demonstrated ability to work effectively within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Tools: Proficiency with collaboration and issue tracking platforms such as Jira and Confluence.
• Salary Expectation: Competitive compensation aligned with market rates for senior leadership roles, typically in the range of ₹30+ LPA.
