Technical Lead (Full Stack & AI)

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Own the architecture, quality, and delivery of our web applications. Lead developers, work closely with Business Analysts and QA, and guide the responsible use of AI in our development and products.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications
• Set architecture and coding standards; enforce through code reviews
• Design and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases
• Build and secure REST, SOAP, and GraphQL services
• Implement OWASP-aligned security (MFA, JWT, session handling)
• Optimize queries and code; plan and run load tests
• Maintain technical documentation
• Manage and mentor the team in Agile/Scrum
• Collaborate with BA and QA teams
• Define guidelines for AI-assisted development and integrate AI features with proper controls

Required Skills

• Full stack: Node.js, Express, React, Next.js, PHP, Laravel
• Databases: SQL and NoSQL design, stored procedures, materialized views, triggers, indexing, constraints, connection pooling
• APIs: REST, SOAP, GraphQL with advanced security
• Security: OWASP, MFA, JWT, secure session handling
• AI: Vibe coding with human review, guardrails and boundaries, prompt injection defense, token and cost optimization, LLM integration (RAG, embeddings)
• Practices: Query and code optimization, load testing, technical documentation
• Leadership: Team management, BA/QA collaboration, Agile and Scrum

Nice to Have

• DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, cloud)
• AI agents or MCP/tool integrations

Qualification

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
