Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Technical Lead with strong Application Design experience to lead the design, architecture, development, and enhancement of our in-house recruitment application. The application aims to automate and streamline our recruitment processes.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Python/Django, React, MySQL, and Microsoft Azure , along with proven experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performance application architectures. The candidate will be responsible for defining the technical architecture, making key technology decisions, leading the development team, and ensuring end-to-end solution delivery.

The candidate will also identify and implement practical AI/Generative AI, LLM, and AI-agent capabilities across our existing and future applications.

Required Skills and Experience

• Have software development experience, including experience in a Technical Lead, Application Architect, or Senior Full Stack role .
• Proven experience in designing application architecture and leading end-to-end solution design , beyond individual feature development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, Django, and Django REST Framework (DRF).
• Strong hands-on experience with React and JavaScript.
• Good knowledge of MySQL, database design, data modeling, indexing, and query optimization.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly Azure App Service, Azure Blob Storage, and Azure WebJobs.
• Strong understanding of REST API design, system integration, authentication, authorization, and application security.
• Experience designing scalable, reliable, maintainable, and high-performance full-stack applications.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release management.
• Strong understanding of architectural patterns, modular design, separation of concerns, and software engineering best practices.
• Experience leading technical discussions, reviewing architecture and code, mentoring developers, and driving technical decisions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, architecture, development, and enhancement of full-stack applications using Python/Django and React.
• Design and define end-to-end application architecture , including frontend, backend services, APIs, database layers, integrations, and Azure infrastructure.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, architectural designs, technical specifications, and implementation plans.
• Define application architecture, design patterns, coding standards, technology choices, and best practices.
• Design scalable, secure, maintainable, and high-performance systems, considering availability, reliability, extensibility, and future growth.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework (DRF), including API standards, authentication, authorization, and integration patterns.
• Architect and develop responsive, user-friendly frontend applications using React, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
• Design database schemas, data models, relationships, indexing strategies, and query optimization approaches using MySQL.
• Design and implement Azure-based application solutions using Azure App Service, Azure Blob Storage, Azure WebJobs, and other relevant Azure services.
• Evaluate architectural trade-offs and identify opportunities to improve application performance, scalability, security, maintainability, and cost efficiency.
• Lead technical design discussions, architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
• Establish and manage Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and application deployment practices.
• Ensure application security through appropriate authentication, authorization, secure coding, data protection, and access-control practices.
• Lead, mentor, and guide developers while ensuring adherence to architectural standards and development best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive continuous technical improvements.
• Identify and implement practical AI/Generative AI, LLM, automation, and AI-agent use cases within recruitment and other business workflows.
• Evaluate AI integration approaches, including Azure OpenAI/OpenAI APIs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector databases.
• Help define the technical roadmap and architecture for AI integration across existing and future products.

AI/Generative AI Experience – Preferred

• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI APIs.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into existing applications and business workflows.
• Knowledge of Azure OpenAI/OpenAI, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI agents.
• Understanding of AI solution architecture, including model/API integration, data retrieval, security, scalability, and production deployment.
• Ability to identify valuable business use cases and translate them into practical, secure, production-ready AI solutions.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader who can design the overall application architecture, make sound technical decisions, and lead the team from solution design through development, deployment, and production support . The candidate should be comfortable balancing architectural responsibilities with hands-on coding and guiding the adoption of AI capabilities where they deliver measurable business value.
