We at Coforge are hiring Technical Lead Fullstack with the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver projects through individual engineering contributions and by providing direction to internal and external staff.

· Provide production support for time-sensitive systems, including signal dashboards, portfolio management systems, external trade feeds, risk systems, and operational/accounting systems.

· Design, enhance, and build APIs, frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines using modern and proven architectural approaches.

· Perform data analysis and reconciliations to validate system functionality and ensure data accuracy.

· Contribute to the firm's AI initiatives by integrating LLMs and AI-assisted workflows into internal tools, research pipelines, and developer tooling.

· Collaborate closely with senior engineers, researchers, and other stakeholders to identify requirements and develop robust internal tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for delivered work.

· Strong command of SQL, database engineering principles, and query optimization.

· Strong programming capabilities in one or more of the following: C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or C.

· Experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as Angular and React.

· Understanding of engineering principles, software architecture, APIs, and CI/CD practices.

· Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
