Position Overview

The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Java/J2EE (Java 8), Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and RDBMS systems, along with experience in design patterns and cloud-native SaaS products. The Technical Lead will lead development, ensure code quality, mentor team members, and drive technical decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead software development using Java and related technologies
• Solve complex technical problems using best practices
• Ensure code quality, performance, and development standards
• Conduct peer code reviews through GIT pull requests
• Evaluate multiple technical solutions and trade-offs
• Develop and implement POCs
• Own team code quality and code coverage
• Manage deliveries and unblock team members
• Guide technical approaches and coordinate dependencies
• Debug and resolve reported issues
• Support projects during warranty periods
• Conduct requirement and impact analysis
• Participate in Scrum meetings with onsite teams
