Role Overview
We are looking for a strong Technical Lead with hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React.js, Python and Payment Systems, along with proven experience in leading technical teams and delivering end-to-end solutions.
Key Requirements
Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot & Microservices Architecture
Strong knowledge of React.js, Redux, Hooks & Component Lifecycle
Knowledge of Python
Good understanding of Payment Systems Payment Gateways, UPI, NEFT/RTGS & Card Payments
Experience with REST APIs, API Security & API Management
Knowledge of MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB & Redis
Experience leading and mentoring 5–15 member technical teams
Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence & GitLab/GitHub
Strong communication, stakeholder management & problem-solving skills
