What they need
- Leadership: Memimpin tim developer, memberikan arahan teknis, mentor, serta memfasilitasi ceremony Agile (sprint planning, daily stand-up, retrospective).
- Development: Mengawasi arsitektur dan pengembangan aplikasi web skala besar dari end-to-end.
- Code Quality & DevOps: Mengelola code review, menerapkan standar koding, serta memelihara pipeline CI/CD (misal: Jenkins).
- Operations: Mengelola pipeline proyek, mengatasi kendala teknis, dan menangani insiden sesuai SLA.
Job Requirements
Pendidikan & Pengalaman: S1 Ilmu Komputer/TI/sejenis. Min. 5 tahun di software development (min. 2 tahun sebagai team lead).
Technical Skills:
- Menguasai Fullstack (Spring Boot & React.js) dan RESTful API.
- Menguasai Database (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, atau MongoDB).
- Paham Git, CI/CD, dan metodologi Agile.
- (Diutamakan) Pengalaman integrasi transaksi keuangan dengan pihak eksternal.
Soft Skills: Leadership kuat, problem-solving, detail, dan komunikasi yang efektif.
Preferred: Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, JIRA/Confluence, dan Oracle PL/SQL.
