Technical Lead – Modern Web & Cloud Platforms

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to lead talented software engineers, shape technical architecture and deliver modern, scalable digital products.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineering leader who enjoys building great products, developing engineers and solving complex technical challenges.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor software engineers across multiple projects and squads.
• Shape technical architecture, engineering standards and development best practices.
• Remain technically involved through architecture decisions, code reviews and complex problem solving.
• Build scalable frontend and backend systems using Node.js, Next.js and React.js.
• Design and optimize cloud-based solutions running on AWS.
• Work closely with Product, Project Management, Design and QA teams.
• Improve engineering practices across CI/CD, automated testing and releases.
• Drive improvements in scalability, performance, reliability and code quality.
• Help recruit, coach and develop high-performing engineers.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Next.js and React.js.
• Strong experience with AWS and modern cloud architecture.
• Good knowledge of system design, microservices and scalable applications.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and automated testing.
• Strong leadership skills while remaining comfortable getting involved technically.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
