Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable solutions using .NET technologies;
• Define and enforce best practices, coding standards and architectural guidelines;
• Act as a technical reference for the team, providing mentoring and support;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions;
• Drive architecture decisions (microservices, integration patterns, cloud);
• Ensure code quality, performance, security and scalability of applications;
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes;
• Identify risks, remove blockers and ensure timely delivery;
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and engineering excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field;
• 5+ years of experience in software development with .NET (C#);
• Proven experience in a Tech Lead or similar role;
• Strong experience with ASP.NET Core / Web APIs;
• Solid knowledge of microservices architecture, design patterns and SOLID principles;
• Experience with SQL Server and Entity Framework Core;
• Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure);
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.);
• Experience with Docker (Kubernetes is a plus);
• Knowledge of message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ or Service Bus);
• Experience with unit and integration testing;
• Strong communication and leadership skills;
• Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage technical decisions;
• European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency;
• Availability to go to the office once or twice per week.
