Role & responsibilities

• Design and own scalable full-stack application architecture using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) and Angular/React.
• Define architecture standards, coding practices, and engineering best practices.
• Build scalable microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven systems.
• Drive AI-first engineering and adoption of AI-powered development tools.
• Lead quality engineering, test automation, and CI/CD best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust technical solutions.
• Conduct architecture reviews and ensure technical consistency across teams.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence.
• Evaluate new technologies and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain architecture documentation and reduce technical debt.

Preferred candidate profile

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with strong expertise in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) and Angular/React.
• Proven experience designing scalable application architectures and microservices.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, distributed systems, and event-driven architecture.
• Expertise in SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with test automation, quality engineering, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, security, and engineering best practices.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
• Proficiency with Git, code reviews, and architecture documentation.
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
