Role: Technical Lead PCB Design & Development

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead PCB Design & Development with strong expertise in PCBA Design, ECAD Model Creation, and Siemens Xpedition EDM to lead engineering teams and deliver high-quality PCB/ECAD solutions.

Key Skills

• 12+ years of experience in PCBA Design and ECAD Model Creation
• 6+ years in Team Lead / Engineering Manager roles
• Hands-on expertise in Siemens Xpedition EDM
• Strong experience in PCB Design, Library Management, and ECAD Data Management
• Experience managing and mentoring PCB Designers and ECAD Library Engineers
• Strong client coordination, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with global customers and cross-functional engineering teams
• Strong understanding of PCB design standards, quality processes, and engineering governance
• Experience in Oil & Gas Upstream industry is highly desirable
• Project management and resource planning experience is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage PCB Design and ECAD engineering teams.
• Ensure quality, consistency, and compliance of PCB designs and ECAD libraries.
• Drive process improvements and engineering workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with global customers and cross-functional teams.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support for complex design challenges.
• Manage project planning, resource allocation, schedules, and delivery commitments.
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
