Technical Lead - Python

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Technical Lead with extensive experience in delivering enterprise applications within an IT services environment. The candidate should possess strong technical leadership skills, hands-on development expertise, and experience managing teams delivering fixed-cost engagements. Candidates with banking and financial services experience will be preferred. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and development of Python-based enterprise solutions.

• Provide technical leadership across the software development lifecycle.

• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable application architectures.

• Lead technical discussions with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Review code, enforce development standards, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Prepare technical estimates, project plans, and solution approaches for fixed-price projects.

  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and Microservices.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Knowledge of asynchronous programming and distributed systems.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Familiarity with messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
