Technical Lead (ReactJS/NodeJS/Java)

We are seeking a Technical Lead to join our client's consulting team, working on a flagship digital transformation project for a major enterprise in Hong Kong.

What You'll Do:

• Lead a team of 2–5 junior developers in system enhancement and production incident resolution
• Design technical solutions based on business requirements using React, Node.js, and Java Spring Boot
• Drive Agile development practices and ensure quality delivery
• Build customer-facing backend services and integrate with enterprise platforms

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React and Java Spring Boot
• Proven team leadership or mentoring experience
• Strong technical analysis and troubleshooting capabilities
• Experience in Agile development and middle-scale system enhancements
• Native Cantonese and fluent English communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Nice to Have:

• Penetration test vulnerability fixing experience
• Experience working with offshore teams
