Technical Lead / Team Lead

Job Overview We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to guide a team of developers. You will still code but will spend significant time on architectural decisions, code reviews, and unblocking your team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture: Define the technical roadmap and architecture for large-scale projects.
• Team Support: Conduct deep code reviews and resolve high-level technical blockers for the team.
• Best Practices: Enforce coding standards, security guidelines, and documentation requirements.
• Project Delivery: Estimate timelines and ensure technical deliverables meet deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of development experience with 1+ years in a leadership capacity.
• Expertise in full-stack architecture and system design.
• Ability to balance technical debt with feature delivery.
• Strong mentorship and conflict resolution skills.
