About the Role

AAHA Solutions is looking for an experienced, hands-on Technical Lead to lead the design, development and delivery of enterprise-level web and mobile applications for iOS and Android. The candidate will drive technical architecture, guide the development team, ensure code quality and integrate modern AI capabilities into business applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design and development of scalable enterprise web and mobile applications.
• Guide full-stack development using React.js, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript and modern backend technologies.
• Lead mobile application development using React Native or equivalent technologies for iOS and Android.
• Design REST APIs, database schemas, backend services and third-party integrations.
• Integrate AI and Generative AI capabilities using OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude or equivalent APIs.
• Develop AI-powered features such as intelligent chatbots, document processing, semantic search, summarization and workflow automation.
• Apply knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, AI agents and tool calling where appropriate.
• Lead code reviews, debugging, automated testing, performance optimization and secure coding practices.
• Manage cloud deployment, CI/CD pipelines, Docker and production monitoring using AWS, Azure or equivalent platforms.
• Mentor developers, participate in technical planning and estimation, and ensure timely delivery of quality software.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with React.js and Node.js or equivalent technologies.
• Experience designing and delivering production-grade web applications and working with iOS and Android mobile applications.
• Hands-on AI integration experience is mandatory, including integration of LLM APIs into software applications.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, SQL databases, authentication, application security and system architecture.
• Experience with Git, code reviews, automated testing, cloud deployment and CI/CD.
• Ability to lead developers, make sound technical decisions and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills

• React JS, Node js, React Native, Next.js, Typescript, Javascript, PostgreSQL, MySQL or MongoDB.
• RAG, embeddings, vector databases and AI workflow orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
• Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Antigravity or Claude Code.
• Experience developing enterprise SaaS platforms, microservices and secure, scalable applications.

What We Expect

We are looking for a technology professional who combines strong software engineering fundamentals with practical AI integration skills and the ability to lead a development team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable taking responsibility of technical decisions, solving complex problems and delivering reliable, production-ready enterprise solutions.

Candidates must have practical AI integration experience. Familiarity with AI tools alone, without application development experience, is not sufficient.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
