Job Description: We are seeking a Technical Lead to spearhead the Digital ID Data Integration & Data Warehouse Project. In this role, you will report directly to the project sponsor while leading a team of software developers and data engineers. You will work closely and directly with an Australian client and key stakeholders, serving as the primary technical point of contact throughout the project. You'll work standard Australian business hours, with flexibility required for stakeholder workshops, planning sessions, and critical deployments. As the primary technical point of contact, you'll be responsible for driving architectural decisions, coordinating technical delivery, and ensuring successful implementation across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design sessions and technical planning

• Facilitate micro-workshops with key stakeholders

• Build an extensible API layer for system integration

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of technical experience in software development or data engineering

• 3+ years in technical leadership positions

• Strong background in Microsoft Azure cloud services

• Experience with large-scale data integration projects

• Understanding of both development and data engineering principles

• Proven track record delivering complex multi-phase projects

• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure ecosystem

• Experience with data integration and ETL technologies

• API design and implementation expertise

• Database architecture knowledge (SQL Server/Azure SQL)

• Proficiency with software development lifecycle tools and processes

• Documentation and architecture modeling capabilities

• Exceptional stakeholder management abilities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Team leadership and mentoring capabilities

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture
