Roles and Responsibilities

Technical Leadership: Lead a team of developers and engineers, providing

guidance and mentorship in project delivery and technical excellence.

Architecture & Design: Design and develop scalable, robust, and secure software

architectures using .Net, MVC frameworks, and SQL databases.

Hands-on Development: Participate in the full software development life cycle

(SDLC) including analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation.

Code Quality: Ensure the team's code meets high-quality standards, is well-

documented, maintainable, and follows best coding practices.

Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and other

stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Troubleshooting & Problem-solving: Lead efforts in debugging and resolving

complex technical issues in a timely manner.

Performance Tuning: Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and

reliability, especially focusing on SQL performance tuning and database

optimizations.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks,

and best practices to continuously enhance team productivity and product quality.

Project Management: Assist in project planning, task management, and estimation,

ensuring timely delivery of technical solutions.

Mentoring: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers,

conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Required Skills:

• 12+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .Net technologies, particularly ASP.Net and .Net Core, Java, Python
• Expertise in MVC frameworks and design patterns.
• Strong experience with SQL Server, including stored procedures, triggers, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like Angular or React (preferred).
• Deep understanding of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) principles and design patterns.
• Experience with Web API development and RESTful services.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical discussions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in software development, with significant experience in .Net, Java, Python and SQL.
• Proven experience in leading technical teams or serving as a technical project lead.
