Technical Leader/ System Analyst

Job Duties

• Analyze business and user requirements and translate them into functional and technical system specifications.
• Lead the review, validation, and delivery of the cloud-native, microservices-based MCI application, ensuring alignment with the approved AWS architecture and Flutter frontend.
• Lead system enhancements, platform revamps, digital service implementation, and future regional feature integrations.
• Review and validate external vendors' technical designs, code quality, deliverables, and AWS infrastructure configurations to ensure security, performance, and quality standards.
• Validate RESTful API and OpenAPI (Swagger) specifications, and oversee integrations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other third-party systems.
• Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshooting, and root cause analysis throughout the SDLC.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, internal technical teams, and external vendors to ensure project requirements and deliverables are met.
• Support project planning and delivery, provide technical leadership and mentorship, and prepare system and API documentation.
• Review AI-generated code and outputs in accordance with the company's AI Governance Policy.
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 8+ years in system development, programming, or system analysis, including at least 3 years in a technical lead or supervisory role.
• Strong experience in system analysis, requirement gathering, solution design, and technical project coordination.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including Lambda, API Gateway, ECS Fargate, S3, Aurora PostgreSQL, VPC, and IAM.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, OpenAPI (Swagger), and backend languages such as Node.js, Java, or Python.
• Familiarity with Flutter frontend development for reviewing and validating vendor deliverables.
• Proven experience in technical team leadership, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Eager to learn new technologies and review technical documentation.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
