Technical Lead/Technical Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead/Architect to drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications leveraging Python, FastAPI, Generative AI frameworks, and cloud-native solutions on AWS. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on coding expertise with leadership in architecture, DevOps automation, and team mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead end-to-end solution design, ensuring scalability, performance, and security across distributed systems.
• Python & FastAPI Development: Architect and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend systems with clean, maintainable code.
• Generative AI Integration: Design and deploy GenAI-driven applications, integrating LLMs and agentic AI workflows into enterprise solutions.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Own AWS architecture decisions (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, EKS), ensuring cost optimization and reliability.
• Terraform Automation: Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) for repeatable, secure, and scalable deployments.
• Team Mentorship: Guide engineers through technical challenges, code reviews, and best practices.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and DevOps teams to align technical solutions with business goals.

Profile Description:

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong expertise in Python and FastAPI for backend/API development.
• Proven experience with Generative AI frameworks (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, RAG pipelines).
• Hands-on knowledge of AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, EKS, CloudFormation).
• Advanced proficiency in Terraform for IaC and cloud automation.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture, API security, and scalable system design.
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and monitoring tools.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
