Unilights is looking for an ambitious Technical Lighting Sales Engineer to join our Mumbai team. If you are an engineer who enjoys meeting people, understanding technical products and convincing customers to choose the right solution, this role is for you.

What You Will Do

• LEADS WILL BE PROVIDED
• Meet leading architects, interior designers and lighting consultants across Mumbai.
• Understand project requirements and recommend the right lighting solutions.
• Specify Unilights products for high-end residential, hospitality and commercial projects.
• Explain lighting solutions in a clear and convincing manner.
• Develop strong relationships with architects and designers.
• Generate new project opportunities and follow them through to completion.
• Prepare product proposals and quotations with our technical team.
• Follow projects from specification to order.
• Achieve sales and project targets.

Who We Are Looking For

• Engineering graduate — Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Genuine interest in sales and meeting customers.
• Confident, energetic and ambitious.
• Able to understand technical products and communicate their benefits.
• Willing to meet architects and designers regularly.
• Lighting experience is an advantage, but not essential.

You don't need to be a lighting expert when you join us. We will help you learn our products and the lighting industry. What matters most is that you are technically capable, confident with people and genuinely interested in sales.

What We Offer

Rs. 35,000 – Rs. 50,000 per month + performance incentives
