Technical Manager (Architectural Background)

• Lead and manage the Technical Department including Technical Coordinators, Rebar Detailers, and BIM resources. · Oversee preparation and approval of shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and RFIs. · Manage relationships with consultants, client representatives, and subcontractors on technical matters. · Establish and maintain technical documentation standards, workflows, and quality control processes. · Review and approve technical submissions before issue to clients and authorities. · Identify and resolve technical issues proactively to minimize impact on construction programme. · Contribute to tender reviews and construction planning from a technical perspective. · Mentor and develop junior technical staff

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, or related discipline (Master’s preferred). · 12–18 years of construction experience with a minimum of 5 years in a Technical Manager role. · Proven track record with Tier 1 UAE contractors on large-scale building/villa projects. · In-depth knowledge of UAE authority requirements (Dubai Municipality, Abu Dhabi DM, Trakhees, etc.). · Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities.
