Technical Manager

Job Duties:

• Planning and coordination for project tasks and related activities during development, SIT, UAT, production launch, on-going operation and support.;

• Capable in mastering product functionality and to map client’s requirement to implement, deliver project goals and deliverables on schedule covering the entire SDLC

• Prepare status reports to present project on/off track status, with issues and risks identified if appropriate

• Ensure solid alignment with internal and external parties for integration design and implementation

• Ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduate or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines

• Minimum 5 years experiences in software development and project management

• PMP/ PINCE2/ Agile Certification is an advantage

• Knowledgeable and experienced in the overall SDLC

• Good understanding in user experience, system security, database and microservice based design

• Experience in Java, Java Framework (Spring Boot), React.js, Vue.js or Node.js is a plus

• Familiar in DevOps and CICD is a plus

• Knowledge of Microservice Architecture, Kubernetes, OpenShift is an advantage

• Self-motivated, result-oriented and well-organized

• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-moving environment

• Good spoken and written English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage;

• Travel to mainland China occasionally;

• Immediately available is preferred
