What they need
Role & Responsibilities
Manage and support multiple Full Stack applications (MERN & Flutter).
Monitor application performance using Datadog and Application Insights.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Handle incident management, ticket creation, escalation, and resolution.
Lead outage calls and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Ensure application stability, availability, and performance.
Communicate application status and issue updates to stakeholders.
Identify and implement improvements in monitoring and support processes.
Preferred Candidate Profile
8+ years of experience in Application/Production Support.
Experience with MERN Stack and Flutter applications.
Hands-on experience with Datadog, Application Insights, and monitoring tools.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience in Incident Management and RCA.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of Azure/AWS is an added advantage.
