Technical Manager

The Technical Manager oversees the technical operations and engineering activities of the company’s solar projects. This role is responsible for ensuring the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar systems meet quality, safety, and performance standards. The Technical Manager leads a team of engineers and technicians, coordinates with project managers and clients, and drives technical improvements to optimize system efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. This position also ensures compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies while providing technical guidance and problem-solving support across all solar projects.
