Technical Manager

As a Technical Manager, you will lead a highly skilled team in the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge Red Hat-based solutions and products. Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of highly technical engineers, fostering their growth and ensuring high performance.
• Technical Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the technical strategy for Red Hat solutions and product development, aligning with business objectives.
• Hands-on Contribution: Actively engage in architectural design, code reviews, troubleshooting, and complex problem-solving alongside your team.
• Product Development Lifecycle: Oversee the full product development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to deployment and post-launch support.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product management, QA, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, set clear goals, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and robust Red Hat solutions that meet industry standards.
• Innovation & Research: Stay abreast of the latest Red Hat technologies, open-source trends, and industry best practices to drive continuous innovation.

What You'll Do

• Drive the technical vision and architecture for new and existing Red Hat-centric products.
• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, promoting Agile methodologies.
• Design and implement complex features and components, ensuring code quality and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical technical issues, providing expert guidance to the team.
