Technical Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage and coordinate the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems, electrical equipment, and mechanical systems in hotels and restaurants.
• Ensure timely completion of projects by monitoring progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions.
• Provide technical support to hotel staff on maintenance procedures for HVAC systems, electrical equipment, and mechanical systems.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to source high-quality products and services for hotel operations.

Job Requirements :

• 12-22 years of experience in HVAC design, installation, maintenance or project management in hotels or restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC equipments such as chillers, air conditioning units, ventilation systems etc. .
• Experience in electrical maintenance including troubleshooting faults and performing repairs/replacements as needed.
