Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site visits and property inspections for Home Loan and LAP cases.
Assess the technical condition and specifications of properties.
Evaluate property documents, approved plans, layouts and other relevant technical documents.
Prepare and review Property Valuation / Technical Reports as per company guidelines.
Verify property measurements, area and specifications during site visits.
Identify and highlight technical deviations, discrepancies.
Ensure accurate, complete and timely submission of technical/valuation reports.
