Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise technical staff and daily technical operations.
- Plan and monitor technical projects and activities.
- Ensure compliance with technical, quality, and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Coordinate with management, clients, suppliers, and contractors.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation.
- Monitor equipment, systems, and maintenance requirements.
- Support continuous improvement of technical processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant technical or managerial experience.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of technical standards, procedures, and safety requirements.
