We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to join our new Railway Project in Rahayel, Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and strategic planning for the project
Manage stakeholders and ensure effective coordination
Oversee systems interfaces and BIM integration
Apply Middle East market experience and local knowledge
Coordinate technical activities across project teams and site operations

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in technical management
At least 5 years of UAE experience
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
Fluent in English – spoken and written
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
