Technical Manager

This managerial role oversees overall presales business planning, team operation and capability development, key account and major project presales governance, and presales system standardization. It leads the presales team to achieve business targets, improve project conversion rate and drive sustainable business growth.

Business Planning & Target Delivery: Develop presales business strategies and annual plans, decompose and drive team business KPIs, oversee industry and regional presales layout, and ensure steady growth of presales output and project conversion.

Team Management & Talent Development: Manage daily operation, performance assessment and motivation of the presales team. Build team capability systems, organize professional training and methodology precipitation, and continuously improve team overall combat effectiveness.

Major Project & Client Governance: Lead end-to-end presales management for key and large-scale projects, including solution strategy, high-level client communication, bidding governance and critical problem resolution, ensuring successful project winning and key account maintenance.

Presales System Standardization: Establish and optimize unified presales standards, industry solution portfolios, bidding documents, PoC processes and presentation templates to improve team presales efficiency and service professionalism.

Cross-department Collaboration & Empowerment: Collaborate closely with sales, product, R&D and delivery teams, empower front-line sales with professional solution capabilities, and accelerate business opportunity conversion.

Technical & Project Lifecycle Management: Take charge of the overall technical roadmap and solution quality control for company’s core product domains (Network, Cloud, HCI, Security, 5G, etc.). Manage presales-to-delivery handover and risk control to ensure high-quality project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Business & Leadership Competency: Solid experience in presales business planning and team management, with proven ability to drive team KPIs, optimize business processes and deliver consistent performance results.

Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent English and Chinese verbal & written capabilities, proficient in high-level client negotiation, solution presentation and cross-team coordination.

Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years of solution / presales technical experience, with at least 2 years of team management or business supervision experience.

Technical Background: Familiar with mainstream enterprise technologies including Campus / Data Center Network, WAN, WiFi, HCI, Server & Storage, Cloud, Security and 5G, with solid industry solution experience.

Project Experience: Successful track record in presiding over large-scale enterprise project presales, bidding and overall solution delivery.

Personal Traits: Strong business acumen, result-oriented and capable of multi-task management; able to adapt to business travel and work under pressure.
