Technical Manager

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8–12 years of relevant construction experience, with current or previous experience in the UAE construction market.
• Must have proven experience with large-scale mixed-use developments, luxury waterfront projects, high-end residential developments, or other premium large-scale projects.
• Experience with main contractors and direct involvement in the construction stage of major projects is strongly preferred. Candidates with purely consultancy backgrounds will not be prioritized.
• Proven experience in high-rise buildings, luxury residences, and complex developments, including structural, architectural, and technical coordination works.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, method statements, and shop drawings.
• Hands-on experience handling technical submissions, RFIs, material submittals, and coordination with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Good understanding of construction sequences, site execution constraints, buildability, and technical problem-solving.
• Experience coordinating civil works with MEP, façade, and other trades in complex developments.
• Familiarity with project documentation, approval procedures, and technical correspondence.
• Able to work independently, take ownership of technical matters, and support site teams in resolving construction-related issues.
• Excellent written and spoken English. Arabic is an advantage but not required

Important Note: Candidates must currently be based in the UAE and have demonstrable experience in comparable high-end, luxury waterfront, or large-scale mixed-use developments. Relevant project experience and construction-stage involvement will be key selection criteria.

Pay: AED30,000.00 - AED38,000.00 per month
