Role Description The Technical Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for leading technical teams and ensuring successful delivery of product and project initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing software implementation and support activities, coordinating project plans and timelines, and guiding research and development efforts to improve and extend docEdge and bpmEdge. The role involves providing technical leadership, resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring high-quality technical support for enterprise clients. The Technical Manager will collaborate closely with product, development, and operations teams to drive process improvements, maintain documentation standards, and align technical execution with business goals.

• Research and Development (R&D) capabilities to evaluate new technologies, enhance existing products, and contribute to product innovation.
• Project management skills to plan, prioritize, and deliver technical projects on schedule and within scope.
• Solid understanding of enterprise software, preferably in document management, workflow automation, or BPM systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with software development or implementation environments and familiarity with quality assurance practices.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and collaborate in a fast-paced, product-focused environment.
