Technical Manager

ALMA1938 is a British heritage luxury leather interiors brand, established in 1938, with studios in London and Dubai. We are looking for a Technical Manager to own every order from first quote to final delivery.

What you will do

• Lead our estimating team and make sure quotes are accurate and on time
• Review client and construction drawings and plan joinery and materials ahead of production
• Set quality standards in the factory and make sure every order is inspected before it leaves
• Attend site visits and project meetings
• Oversee health and safety compliance in the factory
• Compare actual against estimated costs to improve margins and estimating

What you will bring

• A manufacturing background, ideally architectural, fit-out or furniture
• ERP experience, plus strong Excel, Outlook and Word skills
• Able to read detailed architectural drawings
• Experience leading factory staff Highly organised, detail focused and confident with clients
