  • Support field teams in diagnosing equipment, downhole and process problems using verified operating data, calculations and documented product limits.
  • Develop technically justified recovery options and escalate conditions that fall outside approved procedures, competency or operating limits.

Service Quality & Equipment Reliability

  • Monitor service-quality events, equipment failures, non-conformities and recurring operational problems and ensure timely investigation and corrective action.
  • Verify that maintenance, inspection, calibration, certification, material traceability and equipment history controls support safe and reliable service delivery.
  • Review root-cause findings, approve technical corrective actions within delegated authority and track their effectiveness through closure.

Client, Supplier & Commercial Support

  • Act as the technical focal point for client reviews, clarification meetings, operational planning and post-job performance discussions.
  • Evaluate supplier and subcontractor technical capability, documentation, equipment compliance and service performance for assigned work scopes.
  • Support tenders, technical proposals, scope definition, equipment forecasts, cost estimates and contract clarifications with accurate engineering input.

Team Competency & Continuous Improvement

  • Review final job reports, lessons learned and performance trends and incorporate approved improvements into procedures, designs and training materials.
  • Allocate technical resources, set work priorities and maintain effective coordination among Engineering, Operations, HSE, QA/QC, Logistics and client teams.

3)       Authorities

  • Stop or suspend technical preparation or field execution when barriers, data, equipment condition, competency or approved controls are inadequate.
  • Approve technical calculations, equipment configurations, procedures and engineering deliverables within delegated limits.
