What they need
A CoTEK (Technical Coordinator / Technical Manager) is a automotive workshop specialist primarily responsible for diagnosing complex vehicle faults, supporting technicians, and conducting in-house technical training.
Key Responsibilities
- Advanced Diagnostics: Find and fix hard-to-solve or complex mechanical, electrical, and EV system problems using professional diagnostic tools.
- Technical Support: Assist and guide junior floor technicians with complicated repairs and troubleshooting steps.
- Training & Upskilling: Train service workshop staff on new vehicle technologies, updates, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Quality & Escalations: Handle technical escalations, manage warranty issues, and ensure all repairs match official brand quality standards.
- OEM Coordination: Connect with manufacturer (OEM) technical support teams, file technical reports, and manage repeat-repair reduction plans.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
