WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Lead and manage the Engineering and Technical Services department and its sub-units including electrical, mechanical, building maintenance, landscaping and vehicle maintenance.
• Plan, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance programs for all technical systems and equipment.
• Ensure the proper maintenance and operation of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, VRF systems, boilers, and facility infrastructure.
• Oversee daily maintenance operations and prioritize technical repair requests across the resort.
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors and technical service providers.
• Support renovation, refurbishment, and technical improvement projects across the property.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire protection, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor energy consumption and promote efficient and sustainable use of resources.
• Prepare and manage departmental budgets, monitor maintenance costs, and ensure cost control.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, inventory records, and maintenance reports.
• Lead, train, and evaluate engineering team members, supporting their professional development.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth operational support and high levels of guest satisfaction.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THIS POSITION...

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role, preferably within luxury hotels or large-scale hospitality operations.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance planning, and technical infrastructure.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Good command of English and Turkish.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD is preferred.
• Valid B class driver’s license is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
