What they need
Job Duties:
- In charge and provide recommendations for daily operation and maintenance
- Assist to report and schedule contractors for preventative maintenance to limit the downtime for all critical issue
- Experience in Apartments / Hotel / Property Management environment in relation to the maintenance or renovation is a plus
- Prepare annual maintenance budget
- Lead or participate in other ad hoc tasks whenever necessary
Requirements:
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Strong leadership and effective communication skills
- Self-disciplined and detail minded
- A minimum 7 years' relevant working experience
- Able to work independently and self-motivated
- Candidate with less experience will consider as Assistant Technical Manager
Working Location: Tsim Sha Tsui (Near MTR station)
